These terms cover your use of workthecutapparel.com and anything you buy here. The store is run by WTFC Apparel LLC ("we" and "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Made to order

Everything is printed when you order it. Colors on your screen can look a little different from the finished piece, and print placement can shift slightly from one item to the next. Check the size chart on each product before you buy.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the one you pay, with sales tax added where it applies. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example when a price was listed in error or an item can't be made, and if we do, you get a full refund.

Discount codes

Codes have no cash value and can't be combined unless we say so. Welcome codes work once per customer.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our shipping policy and refund policy are part of these terms.

Your information

Give us accurate contact and shipping details so your order gets to you. How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy.

Our designs and marks

Work the Cut, WTFC, WTC, the fist marks and every design on this site belong to WTFC Apparel LLC or are used with permission. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to reproduce the designs or use the marks.

Using the site

Don't use the site for anything unlawful or try to interfere with how it works.

Our liability

The site and everything sold on it are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
